Clear Coat Finish:

Canvas and Watercolor Prints: We recommend protecting prints with a solvent-based clear coat spray. Clear coating provides long lasting ultraviolet protection to digital imaging ink. We offer this service and use UV spray liquid laminate. Some of the advantages are that it is UV inhibiting, doesn't yellow, water resistant, very flexible, abrasion resistant, and non-cracking.

If you wish to spray the prints yourself, you can find UV spray liquid laminates at most art supply stores or online. Most of these stores have a good selection of finishes with brands such as Bulldog Ultra, Winsor, and Krylon.

 

 

Pricing for UV Clear Coat Finish:

Large canvas or watercolor print orders may be subject to $2 per sq ft UV spray charge.
