Shipping Your Original Art or Images to Us
Be sure and insure your work. If it is framed, remove it from
the frame before shipping. Please contact us to let us know you are sending your work. We recommend using FedEx or UPS.
Return insurance and shipping will be billed at cost and added
to your invoice.
If your work is being sent to us as an acceptable digital
file you can mail it to us
on a CD or DVD. We recommend saving your image in TIF format
in RGB color mode. If sending in JPG format be sure and send it uncompressed for best image quality. To obtain the best possible results your original file should
be in the 300 dpi range and resolutions lower than 200 dpi may loose sharpness and detail.
