Our Policy: Your satisfaction is our goal. If
you are not completely satisfied give us a call to discuss
possible solutions. All client-approved services are the financial responsibility of the client.
Print Refund Policy: In the case of an incorrectly printed order you must contact Art Resource Technology for return authorization within 10 days from date of purchase. Upon authorization the order must then be returned within 7 days. Returns without an authorization will be rejected. Buyer is responsible for providing return shipping & insurance charges as well as the utmost care to the purchase since the buyer is responsible for damage. Please return purchases in the same shipping container.
Shipping of Prints: Print orders are shipped prepaid or by credit card only.
Refund Policy for all other products and services: Upfront
pricing and services. We will not perform any service without
authorization from the client. Pricing will be established
ahead of time whenever possible. All client-approved services are the financial responsibility of the client.
Please Note: REFUNDS FOR SCANNING SERVICES ARE
NOT AN OPTION ONCE YOU HAVE THE FINAL DIGITAL FILE OF THE
COMPLETED WORK.
Copyright: The artist/client certifies that the
work being submitted does not violate or infringe upon the copyrights,
ownership, or rights of any other person or entity. Art
Resource Technology will not be held liable for any violations
or infringements of copyright, ownership, or the rights of
others, and the artist/client agrees to promptly reimburse
Art Resource Technology for any expenses it incurs as a result
of having to defend itself against any claim, suit, or loss
that arises as a result thereof.
Damage to artist/client work: Art
Resource Technology assumes no responsibility or liability
for damage or loss to artist/client artwork, files, or
other materials being submitted for processing and while
in our possession, or while
in transit to or from our studio. Should any compensation be
granted, it will be at the sole discretion of Art Resource Technology. Shipped
work is insured through the carrier for its value.
